1. If I purchase Card, when do I have access to the files?
Immediately. Once you complete your order, you will be provided, as well as emailed, a digital key to download your card.
2. How do I download a purchased card?

Once you click through the digital key provided, you will see the option to download the card you have purchased. Click on the appropriate link to download the file, then save it to your computer.

3. What if I change computers/devices?

ou may download your purchased files as long as it is within the download window from the date you purchased the eBook. If you need to move the eBook to another computer or device after the download period, you may transfer it by any means available to you.

4. Can I order over the phone or with a purchase order?

No. In order to purchase cards, you must order online and pay with a valid credit card. We cannot take orders over the phone, fax, or via the mail or email. Other methods of payment (check or purchase order) will not be accepted.

1. What are methods of Digital Payments?

Digital Payment transactions can be done through several means. Some of them are Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), Debit / Credit Cards, National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) etc.

2. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance.

3. I have not received my refund in my bank account. What should I do?

Refunds are generally processed by bank after 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
